We offer the following convenient services for international students or foreign residents.
No Need to Visit the Office Before finalizing a rental decision and signing the contract, you do not need to come to our office. All communication can be conducted by email.
Visit Required Only for Contract Signing You only need to visit our office when signing the rental contract. Our staff can provide direct pickup and drop-off.
No Fees Without a Contract We charge a brokerage fee of up to one month’s rent (+ consumption tax) when signing a contract.
Properties with 1-2 Months’ Free Rent We also prioritize recommending properties that offer 1-2 months of free rent, although these properties are very limited.
Free Setup Services for Utilities (Partnership with Third-Party Companies) We assist with setting up water, electricity, and internet services, with support available in English. However, for gas services, renter participation is required at the final stage due to safety regulations.
